Pricing for La Balayrie
La Balayrie is perfect for 2 families or a family holidaying with say grandparents or your brother's or sister's family or friends. There are 8 bed places, 4 share the large room upstairs, there are also 2 sofa beds.
Prices depend on time of year and occupancy. The rates are from £250-£450 per week.We charge from £250-400 for upto 4 people and £300 -£450 for 5-8 people.
The two sections have a connecting door,so it is ideal for 2 'groups' holidaying together,- there are 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Even smaller groups can enjoy the property, say two couples - or one couple in either 'end'. La Balayrie gives privacy, independence and togetherness when required.
The whole house is rented regardless of occupancy, whether you are a couple or 8, you will not be sharing with another family unless you invited them!
We do not ask for security deposts, we operate on trust.
Our prices include accommodation, linen (bed linen, towels,(not beach towels), electricity, firewood and water and welcome pack. We do not ask for any additional supplements like many holiday home owners!
Stay for an extra week, or more and receive at least 10% discount
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday. In certain circumstances we may be able to be more flexible. Such examples are for longer out of season lets, say for house hunters or last minute short break bookings these may be possible by arrangement. Again, please contact us, as we may be able to help.
